‘’ Art and Media Centre’’ Defined as the art facility and media center, this project follows the concept of two-layer square, so in terms of programme, we have the amphitheatre and secondary content directly related to the rest of the underground part of the square and the National Museum, and direct-vertical connection is established with the above-ground part. In this way the overhead of the facility is provided for the gallery spaces, a library and Media library, or for the contents which are transformable and which emphasize the cultural character of the square. These facilities are accommodated in 3 levels, which are intertwined, and that can act as separate entities. Each has a separate entrance, but with each level you can move on to the next and previous. The level of public square in object is used as a public square and semi-public space. In this part square ‘’enters’’ into the building and draws people in. Facility is open to the outside and so people can see events in the building without entering the building and thus it acts as a SCULPTURE IN SPACE
